Thailand Crowns Tharina Botes as Miss Universe Thailand 2026

Thailand has welcomed its new beauty queen after Tharina Botes, representing Bangkok, was crowned Miss Universe Thailand 2026. She secured both the judges’ decision and the public vote during the grand final on 23 August.

Tharina will now represent Thailand at the 75th Miss Universe competition in Puerto Rico later this year. Her victory quickly generated excitement across Thai social media, with fans praising her confidence, communication skills and international appeal.
