Global superstar Bruno Mars has expanded his record-breaking The Romantic Tour once again, announcing 26 new stadium shows across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia in 2027. Mars will return to Thailand with two nights at Rajamangala National Stadium in April.

9x GRAMMY® Award winner and Silk Sonic collaborator Anderson .Paak will perform as DJ Pee .Wee on all newly announced shows.

The tour follows the arrival of Bruno Mars’ long-awaited fourth solo album, The Romantic, which was the biggest debut album of his career.

What are the conditions under the Ticket Purchase & Entry Policy?

Each attendee can have their name on only one ticket per show. The full name (in English only) must match the valid ID presented at the event — such as a national ID, driver’s license, or passport. (1 name per 1 ticket per 1 show). If multiple tickets are purchased, each ticket must list a different attendee.

Names on tickets cannot be changed, edited, or transferred under any circumstances. If duplicate names are found for the same show, or if the name does not match the ID, the organizer reserves the right to deny entry without refund.

For VIP tickets or tickets with special privileges, if the name on the ticket does not match the ID, the organizer reserves the right to deny all access and entitlements with no refund under any circumstances.

Any transactions found to involve bots, multiple account creation, or actions that exceed the ticket limit or suggest suspicious behavior will be cancelled without prior notice.

Important: The name on the ticket must exactly match ID/passport. No transfers or changes allowed.

What are the risks of buying or reselling tickets through unofficial sources?

Buying or reselling tickets through unofficial sources — whether online or offline — may lead to your tickets being immediately canceled and invalid for entry. Tickets purchased from third parties or unauthorized sellers (such as Viagogo or online auction sites) may be considered void. If this happens, you may be denied entry to the event, lose access to any included benefits or perks, and all related orders under the same account may be canceled without any refund.

What are the age restrictions?

Children under 12 are not allowed in the standing zone and children under 7 years of age are not recommended to attend the show. Those under 16 should be accompanied by a guardian.

Can I purchase tickets as a gift?

Yes, you can buy tickets as a gift for someone else. During the purchase process, you must enter the full name of the ticket recipient exactly as it appears on their identification document, in English only. The same rule applies: each attendee can have only one ticket per show under their name.

If duplicate names are found, or the name on the ticket does not match the identification presented, the organizer reserves the right to deny entry without a refund and holds no responsibility for any issues that may arise.

Are cameras allowed?

Smartphone cameras are allowed. All other types of cameras, video devices, and recording equipment are strictly prohibited inside the venue.

Terms and Conditions

1. Only Mobile Tickets issued by ThaiTicketMajor are valid for entry. Please keep your ticket and QR code confidential. Tickets are for single use only. The organizer is not responsible for lost or misused ticket information.
2. All ticket holders must present an ID with the exact name matching the ticket (national ID, driver’s license, passport, or other government ID). No duplicate or alternate names allowed.
3. For entry, ticket holders may be asked to show:

• Photo ID (e.g., national ID, passport, or driver’s license)

4. Tickets remain the property of the event organizer and may be canceled without prior notice.
5. Tickets are sold directly by the organizer to fans only. Tickets sold by unauthorized dealers or businesses violating these terms will be canceled. Purchase of tickets confirms acceptance of these terms.
6. Tickets will be canceled immediately if found to have been resold or offered through unauthorized third parties or auction websites. Such tickets will be invalidated, and entry will be denied along with possible loss of privileges.
7. The promoter reserves the right to refuse entry if the ticket is altered, forged, duplicated, or unverifiable.
8. Only tickets purchased through official ticket sellers are valid for entry. The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission otherwise.
9. Beware of scammers posing as official sellers, offering fake reservation codes, or selling tickets outside of official channels. The organizer only honors ticket buyer information from official sales and is not responsible for losses from third-party purchases. The organizer’s decision is final.
10. Lost standing tickets will not be reissued or refunded.
11. In cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, government orders, or events beyond the organizer’s control, the organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event. Refund conditions (if any) will follow organizer’s policies.
12. Purchasing tickets means full acceptance of all terms and conditions.
13. You must show up on the appointed date and time to redeem your VIP Package privileges. No refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be made under any circumstances if you lose your ticket or fail to show up on the assigned date and time
